Our products are assembled in ZLINE owned facilities in China, with parts sourced from the US, Italy and Germany. All ZLINE appliances are designed in the USA by Founder Andy Zuro and his team, and shipped from our facilities in Nevada, Ohio, and Tennessee.

+ Where will my ZLINE product ship from?

ZLINE products are shipped from our facilities in Nevada, Tennessee, and Ohio. Your product should ship from the nearest location, dependent on availability.

+ Where can I purchase a ZLINE product

ZLINE products are available at several major retailers including Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, and The Range Hood Store.

+ How do I register the warranty on my ZLINE product?

Once you place your order of your ZLINE product, your warranty will be automatically registered. The manufacturer warranty begins the day of purchase. We recommend keeping any kind of proof of purchase such as an order confirmation for your records.

+ How do I get service on my ZLINE product?

If you are under the ZLINE range warranty, please contact us through our Warranty Claim Form to request service on your range.

+ How do I get service if my warranty is expired?

If your warranty has expired, the ZLINE Customer Service Team will still be able to assist you with support. This will include assessing the issue and assisting with ordering the needed parts.

Note: Once your warranty has expired, ZLINE will no longer cover service, labor, or parts for your product.

Range Hoods

+ What else do I need to order?

Everything you need to install and use your ZLINE Range Hood will come in the box.

If your kitchen ceiling is shorter than 8 feet or taller than 9 feet, you may need to purchase an additional chimney kit. Please see "What size chimney do I need?" below for more information.

+ What size chimney do I need?

+ Where is the cord for my remote blower?

First, check the inside of the remote blower box to ensure that the cord is not coiled up inside. This is where we package the remote blower cords. If it is missing, please fill out the contact form below and our Customer Service Department can happily assist you in getting a cord shipped to you.

+ Why does there appear to be white plastic on my range hood?

The white film around your range hood is a plastic layer that is designed to protect your range hood during shipment. This is removed by simply peeling it off of the range hood.

+ Why is there blue plastic on my range hood baffle filters?

The blue film around your baffle filters is a plastic layer that is designed to protect your range hood during shipment. This is removed by simply peeling it off of the baffle filter.

+ How do I install my range hood's baffle channels?

The baffle channels are easily installed by attaching them to the underside of the range hood and into the baffle channel. The video below demonstrates how to install your range hood's baffle channels.

+ How do I install my range hood's baffle filters?

The baffle filters are easily installed by placing them in the under-side of the range hood and into the baffle channel. Follow the video below on how to install your range hood's baffle channel and baffle filters.

 

+ How do I install my range hood's grease cup?

The grease cup is easily installed by sliding it into the grooves that are under your range hood's motor. Follow the video below for instructions on how to install the grease cup.

+ How do I install my charcoal filters?

The charcoal filters can easily be installed but twisting them onto the sides of the motor. The video below demonstrates how to properly install your charcoal filters.

 

+ How often should I replace my charcoal filters?

ZLINE charcoal filters should be replaced every 3-6 months, depending on your cooking habits. If you cook often and/or with a lot of oils and fats, it is recommended to change out your filters more often. Please see the video below on installing new charcoal filters.

+ How do I install a wall mounted crown molding?

The wall mounted crown molding is easily installed by sliding it over the top chimney piece. Instructions for this installation can be found in our range hood user guide and installation manual. Watch the video below to view the installation process.

 

+ How do I install an island mounted crown molding?

The island mounted crown molding comes in two pieces and is easily installed by sliding it over the top chimney piece. Follow the video below for instructions on how to install an island mount range hood and crown molding.

 

+ How do I install a CrownSound® Bluetooth crown molding?

+ WHAT IF I NEED TO REPLACE A PART ON MY RANGE HOOD?

No problem! Just contact our Customer Service Department using the contact form below and our team will be happy to send you any replacement parts that you may need (if covered under 3 year warranty).

+ My range hood's lights aren't working. What do I do?

Please fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page, as our Customer Service Department is happy to assist with any range hood troubleshooting or replacement part inquiries.

+ How do I replace the lights on my ZLINE range hood?

Replacing your LED light bulbs is a simply plug and play task. Follow the video below for instructions on this parts replacement process.

+ How do I replace my button panel?

If your button panel needs replacing, make sure you fill out the contact form below so a Customer Service Representative can get a replacement shipped out to you. After receiving your replacement, installing your new button panel is simply a plug and play task. Follow the video below for instructions on this process:

 

+ How do I replace my circuit board?

+ Is ducting included with ZLINE range hoods?

Yes, a flexible plastic ducting piece is included with each range hood that will stretch out to about 5 ft long. Any additional ducting that is needed for your installation will have to be purchased from a local hardware store.

+ Can I replace the included ducting with ridged metal ducting?

Yes, the ducting can be replaced with a ridged metal ducting that is purchased from a local hardware store.

+ Can I vent my wall mounted range hood right out of the wall?

For an efficient pull on your range hood, we recommend to keep the ductwork vertical at least 15" before making your first elbow. Only the following under cabinet range hood series can be converted to rear-ducting: 520, 523, and 527.

+ How do I convert my ZLINE range hood to ductless?

Most ZLINE wall mounted range hoods feature the option to be converted to ductless (or recirculating). If the range hood is convertible, all that is needed for stainless steel models is a set of ZLINE Charcoal Filters. However, for select convertible designer series models, an additional compatible vented crown molding will need to be ordered as well.

+ How do I install my ZLINE range hood on my sloped or slanted ceiling?

For sloped or slanted ceilings, we recommend for customers to have the chimney piece custom cut at an angle, or there is the option of building a soffit down from the ceiling in order to mount the range hood on a flat surface.

+ How do I set up the burners on my range or cooktop?

+ How do I convert from Natural Gas to Propane?

All ZLINE ranges come with a propane conversion kit. The dual fuel ranges will come with a conversion kit for the stove top, while the all gas ranges will come with a conversion kit for both the stove top and the oven.

+ What if I need service on my range?

ZLINE Ranges come with a manufacturer warranty valid for 1 year from purchase date. Under the manufacturer warranty parts and service are covered for any issue related to a faulty product. Issues related to improper installation or user error will not be covered.

To request service for your ZLINE range, please contact us through our Warranty Claim form. For quicker service, please provide your order number. The number is often located on your receipt or packing slip, if you are unable to locate it, please first contact the retailer for your order information. Our ZLINE warranty specialists may also ask you to provide pictures or video of the issue to aid in diagnosing the error.

+ Who would service my ZLINE range in my area?

ZLINE is partnered with a nationwide servicing company, New Leaf. Once your warranty claim is submitted, the ZLINE team will submit your claim information to New Leaf, who will then locate a local qualified servicer to resolve any issues.

+ How do ZLINE Induction Cooktops work?

ZLINE Induction cooktops use utilize electromagnetic technology to achieve its incredibly fast and evenly distributed heat. Featuring a coil below the glass surface, the cooktop will create a magnetic field that reacts only with magnetic stainless or cast iron pots and pans. Every ZLINE dishwasher is ENERGY STAR compliant, meaning it contains advanced technology that reduces both energy and water consumption by over 30% each load.

+ How do I add a dish to my dishwasher after the cycle has started?

To add or remove items after wash cycle starts:

  1. Open door slightly and wait a few seconds until wash action stops completely before opening.
  2. Add the item.
  3. Close the door firmly to latch within 4 seconds, then cycle will automatically resume.

Microwaves

+ Which ZLINE Microwaves have a convection feature?

The ZLINE Over the Range Microwaves and Built-in Microwave feature convection cooking.

+ What is Sensor Cooking with ZLINE Microwaves?

"The ZLINE Over the Range Microwave and Built-in Microwave feature sensor cooking. Sensor cooking allows you to cook many of your favorite foods without selecting cooking times and power levels. The microwave oven automatically determines the required cooking time for each food item by measuring the vapor that emits from the food when heating."

+ What do I use to clean my ZLINE sink?

ZLINE Fireclay sinks can be washed with dish soap and water. A rinse and towel drying after each use will take care of most everyday clean ups. ZLINE Stainless Steel or DuraSnow® Sinks should be rinsed after each use. Ideally, once a week, the sink should be scoured with a mildly abrasive cleaner, such as Comet. More details on cleaning recommendations can be found on page 19 of the Stainless Sink Manual.

+ How do I install my ZLINE DuraSnow® or Stainless Sink?

+ How do I maintain the shine of my ZLINE Faucet?

Tips to keep your ZLINE product clean and shining:

  1. Rinse clean with water and dry with a soft cloth.
  2. Do not clean with soaps, acid, polish, abrasives, or harsh cleaners.
  3. Do not use cloth with a coarse surface.
  4. Unscrew the aerator and clean when necessary.

Bath Faucets
