The hand-finished wood with walnut inset floral paneling and a walnut base is made from solid pine with a stainless steel inner frame, making it both durable and long-lasting. SHIPPING TIME:

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days ( Ex: your order is placed on Wednesday, it will be shipped on Thursday or Friday. Are you living in Alaska or Hawaii? No worries, even we can't get you the Free Shipping but we promised we will not charge you any penny more than the shipping carriers quote us. Who Shipped My Product & Is The Shipment Insured?

Most of the time, UPS & DHL Ground Service or Freight Company will be used to ship your order. Except for larger items, which will be shipped by Freight Shipping. (Don't worry, we take care shipping for you as well doesn't matter the size and weights)

Your shipment is fully insured against liability of damage. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to ryan@farmsinkshop.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Due to Covid, the freight company do not offer white glove delivery and only sidecurb. If the customer refused the shipment, there will be return shipping charge plus 20% restocking fee applied to the order once the item is back to the warehouse.

 

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. This hood is best at doing for what it is made.. even better than hoods of some other brands.. It has earned my trust. I will buy again from this brand.
